Key Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in automation management, particularly in the casting or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of robotic systems, PLC programming, and control systems
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successful automation project delivery
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
